For permanent jewelry: for in-studio appointments, non-refundable $25 deposit is required to book appointment. Deposit is transferable if appointment need to be rescheduled, only if reschedule is made no less than 24hours before scheduled appointment. Cancellations less than exactly 24hours will require new deposit for new appointment. If you are late more than 5mins to your appointment, your appointment will have to be rescheduled and new deposit will be required. For nail services : Cancellations / rescheduling must be made no less than exactly 48 hours of scheduled appointment. To avoid full-service cancellation fee please cancel/reschedule your appointment no less than exactly 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. If you are late more than exactly 10 minutes or arrive to your appointment sick, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and there will be a full-service fee due at the time of cancellation. Cancellation fees are due upon cancellation. Fail to pay cancellation fee is not only rude, but it is means for cancellation of your remaining appointments and you will not be able to book future appointments. You are agreeing to these policies when you book your appointments. If you do not agree to these policies, please cancel your appointments immediately. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to these policies.
